"The Belt And Road" National Energy Efficiency And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

Energy is an indispensable material basis for economic development and an important source of power for economic growth.However,energy is scarce and not inexhaustible.Since "The Belt and Road" initiative was put forward,energy cooperation is one of the important projects.It is hoped that through the strengthening of energy cooperation,the economic growth of all countries and the continuous improvement of overall national strength can be achieved.In the past,extensive,highconsumption,high-polluting energy use has brought about short-term economic prosperity,but it has caused serious ecological damage and environmental degradation.In order to avoid repeating the same mistakes,it is now necessary to actively implement the sustainable use of energy in "The Belt and Road" energy cooperation,and improving energy efficiency is an important way to achieve energy conservation and coordinated economic development.Therefore,improving energy efficiency has important practical significance for "The Belt and Road" energy cooperation and development.This paper selects "The Belt and Road" national energy utilization efficiency as the research object,and uses the direction distance function(DDF)and GML index to consider the undesired output carbon dioxide emissions,and calculate and decompose the energy use efficiency values of countries from 1995 to 2015.To explore the temporal and spatial characteristics and internal dynamics of energy use efficiency,and to construct the 0-1 matrix and geographic distance matrix,use the stata14.0 software to measure the Moran index,and analyze the spatial correlation of energy use efficiency;then use the econometric method to The Belt and Road Initiative countries accumulate GML values as explanatory variables each year,construct panel data models,and study the factors affecting the changes in energy use efficiency and their effects.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations,in order to optimize "The Belt and Road" energy utilization structure and promote sustained economic growth.
