As large-scale new energy integrated into the power system,the proportion of traditional thermal power has gradually decreased,which has a great impact on energy efficiency.Meanwhile,with energy consumption and environmental pressure increasing,more and more attention must be paid to the energy efficiency.However,it is unsuitable for previous methods to evaluate energy efficiency from economic benefits.How to evaluate the energy efficiency of power system from technical,economic and environmental aspects has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation index system of the power system was established based on the existing energy efficiency research,the energy efficiency evaluation model of power system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and data envelopment analysis(DEA)have been proposed,and energy efficiency assessment and influencing factors analysis were conducted with the actual regional power system as an example.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)The current research status of energy efficiency assessment was analyzed,definition of power system energy efficiency was given,and the principle of selecting evaluation indicators is determined.Based on the new energy industrial orientation,energy efficiency evaluation index system of power system was established from the energy technological efficiency,energy economic efficiency,and energy environmental efficiency.(2)The assessment model of power system comprehensive energy efficiency(CEE)was proposed and the influencing factors of energy efficiency were analyzed.This paper used standardized method of Min-max to normalize the indices,established the assess model of CEE according to expert opinion and AHP,Taking a real regional power system as an example,this paper analyzed its CEE,the main influence factors of energy efficiency in regional power system and the energy efficiency improvement space.Finally,measures and suggestions to improve the power system energy efficiency were given.(3)The energy efficiency evaluation model of regional power system based on DEA method was established.In accordance with the theory of DEA model,this paper chose reverse index as input and positive index as output and established the energy efficiency evaluation model on the basis of CCR and super-efficient CCR.Taking an example of a regional power system as an example,the above two models were used to evaluate and analyze their energy efficiency.(4)Based on the typical scenario of wind power,the super-efficiency CCR energy efficiency of regional power system was analyzed.According to the Pearson correlation coefficient of wind power and load,this paper analyzed the characteristics of regional wind power,and selected the scenario as the typical scenario which has the similar inverse regulation characteristic and the highest frequency.On account of the typical scenario,the wind power generation was estimated and the energy efficiency was analyzed by super-efficiency CCR model.Finally,different results of using CEE model and super-efficiency CCR model were compared to analyze the influence factors of energy efficiency.
