In recent years,the development of electric vehicle is attracting more and more attention.However,there are three big barriers,like long charging time,short range miles and high acquisition cost,hindering the development of the electric vehicle at the present stage.In order to eliminate these obstacles,the related research about electric vehicle facilities are very meaningful.First of all,starting from the comparison between two electric vehicle energy supplement mode,the vehicle charging and battery exchange station,on the point of charging time and the impact on the grid.Then the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and summarized.Clarify the battery exchange stations can simultaneously solve the three problems in the process of electric vehicle.Second,according to the Bass forecast model to forecast the future electric vehicle ownership,which can get electric vehicle electricity demand.They can act as input parameters for the following electric vehicle exchange station area planning.Third,with total cost in the process of battery exchange station construction and operation as the objective function,the battery exchange station service capacity and distance between the electric load and station as constraints,the battery exchange station planning and location model is established.The battery exchange station is divided into four grades artificial,by using particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model,we can get how many battery exchange stations should be built,location and the station grad.Finally,considering the internal factors of battery exchange station,and discussed the relationship between the internal factors and its operating income.From the perspective of operators,an integer linear programming model for the operation of the battery exchange station is established to maximize operation profit.The factors such as the exchange fee,the battery inventory,the charge and discharge capacity and the service level of the battery exchange station are comprehensively considered in the model.The model is solved based on the Lingo program.And then the optimal profits and the number of charge and discharge batteries can be obtained for different parameters.Additionally,the sensitivity relationship between the different parameters and the operation profits are further analyzed,it is concluded that the key factors influencing the exchange station operating income are exchange fee,the battery inventory and the exchange station number.Through above analysis,it can be found that the proposed model can minimize the risk of the operator's investment and maximize operation profit.Therefore,it can provide a strong guidance for operator to make a reasonable and effective operation strategy and battery management strategy.
