As the increasingly development of automobile market in china,the automotive industries in china gradually increase its investment in self dependent innovation.Product innovation has been driven by customer needs instead of technology.Recognizing the voice of customer and developing product that received by customer can improve satisfaction with customer.Quality function deployment(QFD)takes very important position as the modern quality management method.QFD comes from Japan and contains philosophic thinking of upstream techniques of quality management.QFD has been thought as the effective apprach for manufacturing industries litsening voice of customer to improve customer satisfaction by product innovation.The application study of this dissertation contains and fruits several perspectives and innovations.Firstly,on the basis of the important aspects of QFD theories and methods developed,aiming at its weakness in concept design in existing product of company,this thesis develops an approach model for new product development in the company.Based on QFD and Kano model,the application model developed to analysis Fuzzy Front End which also combines KJ method and AHP technique.The application effectiveness and feasibility of the QFD model are demonstrated and illustrated by actual project of information in company.Secondly,the new effective deployment framework of QFD,i.e the House of Quality(HoQ)is established using the principle of the analytical hierarchy process(AHP).There are several ways to weight the factors and validate the consistency ratio for AHP model.Most of methods need professional software to work.This thesis develops a model based on EXCEL software which is easy operated and learned.Thirdly,the new effective engineering method of QFD is established using the product testing figure instead of traditional single quality figure.This is not only overcomes the weaknesses of traditional QFD model but also enhances the adaption of applying to enginnering field.
