| In 2020,China announced carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals to the world,and China’s photovoltaic(PV)industry also entered in a new development period: PV applications are no longer limited to power infrastructure,and diverse potential application scenarios provide new tracks for many photovoltaic enterprises,but also pose new challenges.A large number of system integration enterprises in the photovoltaic industry can only gain competitive advantages if they change from a standardized integrator to a provider of differentiated integrated innovative products.Product innovation has increasingly become a key activity for those enterprises development.Fuzzy front end(FFE)is the key to the success of product innovation,but the theory and practice of fuzzy front end management of product innovation are relatively lacking in China.This paper focuses on small and medium-sized photovoltaic system integration enterprises,and studies how to improve the enterprise’s product innovation ability through fuzzy front end stage management,which has important practical reference value.This paper takes H Company as the case,and adopts the research methods of literature research,case analysis,on-the-spot research,interview,questionnaire to study how its product innovation performance is affected by the fuzzy front end,as well as its fuzzy front end management problems and improvement.First of all,choose the causal relationship model between fuzzy front end factors and product innovation performance,and the new concept development model as the theory of this study through literature research.Secondly,starting from the performance problems of the case company’s product innovation,such as sales revenue not reaching the target,gross profit rate not reaching the target,the low user satisfaction of products and overdue development.Analysis used by the causal model between fuzzy front end factors and product innovation performance found that FFE management did not reduce the uncertainty of technology and market enough,and not increase the intensity of initial planning enough,leading to poor product innovation performance.Then further diagnosis found the root causes of the problems in the FFE management of the company were lack of the concept and correct understanding of fuzzy front end management,the operation mechanism and organizational mechanism of fuzzy front end management were not complete,and the personnel involved lacked the corresponding knowledge and skills and did not use them effectively.Finally,in order to help H Company improve its fuzzy front-end management and the performance of product innovation,based on the actual condition of the company and combined with the new concept development model,this paper designed an improvement plan and supporting implementation measures for the fuzzy front-end management of product innovation.This paper analyzes the management problem of the fuzzy front end of H Company,and designs an improvement plan for the fuzzy front end management for H Company based on the theories of the fuzzy front end.This paper provides a supplement to the innovative theoretical system of fuzzy front-end in photovoltaic system integration products,which has a certain theoretical reference significance,and also provides a useful reference for similar enterprises to diagnose product innovation business problems and improve fuzzy front-end management. |
