With the fluctuation of the market,the growing sales target brings about the rapid increase in vehicle shipments,which makes enterprise strengthen the internal management on the logistics and transport systems.At the same time,new standards of transport trailer are carried out in 2016,because the state concerns about the remediation of environmental pollution and the safety of transport,which makes companies adjust the logistics and transport systems from the strategic level.Many mature companies,such as Shanghai General Motors Co.Ltd.,the leader of this industry,usually choose the traditional CDEU method,namely reducing the operating costs by controlling and depressing the supplier cost continuously.However this way kills the goose that lays the golden eggs(竭泽而渔)and it could not solve the problem fundamentally.This paper constructs the Mathematical Model of Transportation Cost of vehicle Distribution by analyzing the different mode of vehicle distribution and enterprise resources,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle distribution,and analyzing the cost structure.It will use the existing resources of M brand to analyze the mode and evaluate its typical distribution solutions,and use simulation test to verify its vehicle distribution.This paper uses the method of Mathematical modeling and Simulation to program vehicle logistics distribution.Finally,the practical application results show that the logistics cost has been efficiently cut down which leave a good impact on making decisions to improve the level of logistics operations.
