Load aggregation operator is an independent organization which can integrate response of user needs and provide to the market buyers.It not only can provide the opportunity to participate in market regulation for small and medium load,but also can fully exploit the load resources to meet the market needs of product support services through professional techniques.The main management and operation of objects,including the controllable load of medium and small industrial business and commercial business as well as residential customers,electric vehicles,and distributed energy.Traditional power system ancillary services typically provided by power generation side,it brings high costs and low response speed.With the encouragement of our country to widely access to the distributed power,and the extension of distributed generation in electricity network?distributed energy storage unit,and intelligent building as well as micro-grid technologies.The household appliances automatic control levels in load side residents is improving.The proportion of controllable load side resources in electricity network is increasing.The centralized operation and management are carried out by the load aggregation operators,and the demand side resources of the scattered distribution are unified as a whole to provide the auxiliary service to the power system.So it will be able to take full advantage of its ability to regulate the grid,so that the power system can obtain more quality support services to the grid at a lower cost.Currently,the research and development of load aggregation operators in China is still in its infancy,but the aggregate load provider is flexible and effective in controlling demand-side resources.Related research abroad has been more mature as an important way of staggering,and it has been widely practice and application.So it is very necessary to research load aggregation operators of this model.Firstly,this article take the operation mechanism of international advanced electricity market comparison study with the way of demand-side resources which participate in the electricity market operation.Simultaneous analysis insufficient of the existing electricity market scheduling mode also combined with China's current situation and development of electric power needs in order to propose the targeted things that we can learn from.Secondly,this article needs further analysis of demand response characteristics of different demand-side resources,like controllable load?energy storage?distributed power etc.It describes the advantages that demand-side resources participate in the power system and application status in our country.So that it can be inspected examples with the actual data of Shanghai power grid what shows the feasibility of the load gathered to participate in China's market operation of electricity.Then analyzes the benefits bring to the power system when Load aggregation suppliers participate in the power system operation from the different perspective of economic benefits?security and stability benefits?environmental benefits and social benefits.Finally,according to the actual situation of China's power market,this article makes several optimization strategies for the load gathered which participate in electricity Market operations of scheduling and trading patterns.As well as making multi-angle expectation and recommendations for the development of load aggregation operators in this model in the future.So that this article can provide theoretical and technical support for actual operations of the load aggregation.
