In recent years,the global electric vehicle industry has shown an explosive growth momentum,the sales volume of pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles increasing year by year.Electric vehicle charging piles are the basic supporting facilities of electric vehicles.The rapid development of electric vehicles is indispensable for the support of charging pile.The development and upgrading of electric vehicle charging facilities will not only promote the rapid development of electric vehicles,but also contribute to the construction of "green rivers and green mountains" and smart cities.This thesis studies and designs the hardware system and background management system of AC charging piles for electric vehicles.Firstly,based on the analysis of national standards and design principles of electric vehicle charging piles,the overall architecture of the charging pile is designed according to the idea of modularity.The charging pile hardware system mainly consists of seven modules,such as core controller,battery metering and network communication.The core controller adopts STM32 processor,the network communication adopts 4G communication module,and Keil programming software is used to write related programs of the charging pile hardware system.Background management system of the charging pile is developed by ThinkPHP 5.0 framework,PHP scripting language and WAMP platform,the database version is MySQL6.0.the background management system includes four modules: user management,charging pile management,data management and communication management,which can display and manage users,charging piles and transaction records.Finally,the performance of the AC charging pile hardware system and the background management system is tested respectively.The results show that the hardware system of the charging pile is stable,not only convenient to operate,but also the background management system of the charging pile can display real-time transaction records,the pile status and other information in real time.Achieve the functionality of each of the intended designs.
