Because of the increasing shortage of non-renewable resources,such as petroleum and environmental pollution,the state actively promotes the construction of the charging facilities of the charging piles.In order to ensure the safe and reliable service of charging piles,the electrical performance,interoperability and compliance of charging piles must meet the national standards.Charging pile test automation system can satisfy the single-phase AC charging pile,three-phase ac charging pile and dc charging pile test automation needs.In order to achieve the automatic test AC charging pile P WM wave and DC charging pile auxiliary power supply voltage meets national standards,development design collection and measurement unit.The solution is to use STM32F107 chip input capture function to complete the PWM detection,and the test results are passed to the upper computer for display judgment.The charging of DC charging pile must be matched with the battery management system,so the simulation software design of the battery management system is the core of the charging pile automation testing system.Design and development of simulation software can compatible with the electric car charger and battery management system of vehicle transmission type communication protocol between the old and new version,the process of communication interaction can conducted in strict accordance with the communication protocol implementation,and the interaction of battery side information allows users to set,it can simulate all kinds of alarm,remote and remote sensing information,so as to meet the test automation of full coverage.The upper computer software of charging pile automation test system is divided into the following modules:interface UI,which realizes the interaction between the user and the system;Login module,which improves the security of system in open environment;Engineering information input module,input charging pile engineering information,and call basic information to fill in the report automatically;Adjust the guide module,which provides guidance for commissioning and operation of the commissioning staff;The test parameter preconfiguration module,which is used for the project that can be automatically tested,sets up automatic test parameters for specific model specifications,so that the automatic test procedure can be called directly.Report query module,provide report condition query,print and upload server function;User management module,user permission management function.Automatic test charger charging curve automatically adapt to,in the process of different charging curve will directly influence the pile of electrical performance,can according to BMS in the process of testing data import charge curve of different models,so as to charge characteristic simulation vehicles recharged pile tests.
