With the development of China's civil aviation transportation demand,civil air transport tends to be complicated.In recent years,the lack of ground boarding equipment in the airport during the air transport missions has occasionally occurred.The response measures often need to be delayed for a long time,which will delay the air transport task to varying degrees.The existing airport passenger stairway is integral and large in size,which cannot be quickly disassembled and folded,and cannot be loaded into airplane.Therefore,from the perspective of ground support for air transportation,there is an urgent need for an auxiliary boarding ladder that can be contracted and stored on the aircraft.After the aircraft arrives at the airport,the passenger can use auxiliary boarding ladder to quickly get on and off the aircraft.Firstly,the functional requirements of the auxiliary boarding ladder and the size of the whole machine are analyzed and planned.On this basis,the sketch of the whole machine is designed and drawn,and the working principle of the whole machine is explained.Then,according to the relevant norm standards and the aircraft parameter information,the detailed designing of each component of the auxiliary boarding ladder was carried out,and the structural strength of key components was checked using finite element software.Secondly,the incentive effect of pedestrians going up and down the stairs was studied.The modal analysis and dynamic response analysis of the auxiliary boarding ladder were carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and the vibration resistance and carrying capacity of the auxiliary boarding ladder were determined.The structural optimization design was carried out based on the analysis results of dynamic characteristics.After that,according to the relevant regulations,the wind-resistant ability of the auxiliary boarding ladder is checked by the simulation analysis method of fluid-structure interaction.Finally,the virtual prototype model of the auxiliary boarding ladder is designed by using CATIA.Based on this,the DELMIA is used to simulate the implementation process of the auxiliary boarding ladder in air transportation,and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified.Through this study,an auxiliary boarding ladder is provided for civil airliners.When encountering the airport lacking ground boarding equipment during the execution of the air transportation mission,the passenger boarding problem can be effectively solved by carrying the auxiliary boarding ladder.
