This make the products promoted through the virtual fabrication, assembly and evaluation in the design stage. The virtual products can avoid defects, effectively shorten the product development cycle, and reduce the cost of product development and manufacturing cost. With increasing of the crude oil and oil in imports, as well as large-scale oil tanker fleet, there is in urgent need of a large oil terminal in China to meet the need. Boarding ladder is a special equipment. In the process of terminal operation after the ship berthing at various modern large-scale oil terminals, terminal operators and crew members safe and smooth ship equipment from top to bottom. To more than 50,000 ton oil terminal, accommodation ladder of oil tanker is difficult to form its own safe passage between bank and the oil tanker. Therefore, boarding ladder become an indispensable key equipment to a large oil terminal. In accordance with conditions and design requirements of oil terminal, the size of the boarding ladder is much more varied. The development and application of the three-dimension design software used in engine boarding ladder is very necessary.The boarding ladder is consisted of the tower, hanging ladder, lift mechanism, etc. The modeling method discussed in this paper is taken on the policy of progressive modeling methods, and we use the modeling means of the number of spare parts for the mass production methods. Secondly, the boarding ladder three-dimensional model is assembled by the modules according to the practical need. We consider and define the relative of every single parts in the three-dimensional model, which can assure the responding change when the size of the parts change. Finally, the auto-change of the two-dimensional engineering drawing, which will avoid the mistakes that may be made by the designers.This paper analyzed the advantages of three-dimensional design, used the entire three-dimensional modeling in the design of large-tonnage boarding ladder and preliminarily established the Case Base. Thus Case-based reasoning combined with three-dimensional modeling Technology is successfully applied in the large-tonnage boarding ladder design field, and developed a set of three-dimensional parametric boarding ladder design system. On the basis of successful application in Tianjin Port the 300,000-ton oil terminal boarding ladder design, achieved within relatively short period of time to design the first international eccentric take-off and landing platform boarding ladder program, decreasing the size of the terminal plane and greatly reducing the cost of terminal construction..On inventor software platform first developed a set of intuitive vision, friendly interface, easy to operate, with the interference test boarding ladder design system, and can automatically generate engineering drawing. |
