Civil aeroengine is an important symbol to measure a country's scientific and technological level and comprehensive national strength.Compared with developed countries in Europe and America,there is still a big gap in this field in China,among which the determination of maintenance interval of power plant is a problem that can not be ignored.On the one hand,because the development of engines in China is in its infancy,there is a lack of relevant theories to determine the maintenance interval of domestic engine components;on the other hand,the determination and optimization of maintenance interval lacks the support and validation of operational data.The typical component of civil aero-engine,T/R sync lock,is taken as the research object.The reliability,economy and availability of components are considered comprehensively to determine the maintenance interval.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,the availability and cost rate models of T/R sync lock considering the first inspection period coefficients are deduced,and the maintenance interval determination model of T/R sync lock is obtained under the constraints of reliable life.Then,the reliability data of T/R sync lock are obtained from airlines,and the distribution fitting,goodness-of-fit test and parameter estimation of the data are carried out by using MINITAB software.Estimated values of distributed parameters and reliable life are obtained by hypothesis test,and then the weights corresponding to maximum availability and minimum cost rate are obtained by multi-objective fuzzy group decision-making method.Two single-objective extremes are obtained by programming with MATALAB software.Finally,the estimated values of parameters,reliable life,single-objective extremes and weights are substituted into the maintenance interval determination model and the improved genetic algorithm is solved to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The calculation results show that the first inspection period coefficient accords with the characteristic that the failure rate of the corresponding components increases with the service time.In addition,the calculated maintenance interval value of the T/R sync lock is not much different from the maintenance interval information in the corresponding Maintenance Planning Document(MPD)of the component.Therefore,this method can provide reference for domestic engine manufacturers to determine the maintenance interval value of components.
