With the development of society,the growth of population,and the scarcity of land resources,mankind has to move the direction of resource exploitation to the sea.The marine winch is an important retractable equipment for the exploration and development of marine resources,and its product quality directly affects the safety and efficiency of offshore operations.Due to the harsh working environment at sea,sea breeze and sea waves will cause the hull to rise and fall.This not only affects the speed and accuracy of the winch lifting operation,but also increases the dynamic load on the structure and increases the risk of operation.The rope broke,the machine burned and even people were killed or injured.It is very important to suppress the heave motion caused by the action of the waves by the active heave compensation system.The marine winch with active heave compensation is a complex system.Before it is put into use,it needs to test its function.Terefore setting up the marine winch test bench is an indispensable step to improve the function of the marine winch and the performance of the marine winch.In this paper,a research on the active heave compensation test platform of AC variable frequency marine winch is carried out.based on Schneider PLC,UnityPro XL V7.0 software,iFIX configuration software,using frequency conversion technology,servo drive technology,and the multi-motor synchronous control,automatic cable control and active heave compensation control of marine winch are realized.At the same time,the marine winch test platform can also complete the simulation experiment of collecting and releasing heavy objects in the ocean winch in a laboratory with limited space.The winch test platform is not only simple in structure,reliable in operation,and convenient to use,and it is of great significance for verifying various performance indexes of marine winches under simulated ocean conditions.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through research and analysis of marine winch,active heave compensation and the development status of the test platform at home and abroad,the main research contents of this paper are determined,and the multi-motor drag system,automatic cable arranging,active hea ve compensation and the analysis of marine winch test are analyzed.The principle of PID control provides a theoretical basis for the active heave compensation of marine winches.(2)The hardware system block diagram of the marine winch active heave compensation t est platform is constructed.The device selection and circuit design of the reel drive circuit,screw drive circuit and PLC control circuit of the marine winch active heave compensation t est platform are carried out.(3)The system startup stop program,analog conversion subroutine,data acquisition program,automatic cable subroutine,retracting status program and active heave compensation program were designed by using Unity Pro software.(4)The monitoring interface of the marine winch test platform was designed using iFIX software.Includes main monitoring interface and real-time curve interface.(5)The functional test of the marine winch active heave compensation test platform is completed on the monitoring interface.
