With the upgrading of customer demand and frequent replacement of consumer electronics,shortening order response cycle has become an important winning factor for 3C manufacturers in the face of fierce competition in the mobile communication market.Through the introduction of automatic storage and handling system to enhance the degree of integrated manufacturing 3C manufacturing enterprises workshop,effectively reduce material transport time,reduce production and transportation costs,improve handling efficiency.The production method of mobile phone middle frame and back cover manufacturing enterprises are typical mass production modes,which only produce the same type of workpieces in a certain period of time,which has a fast production cycle,and a long change cycle.The AGVs are an important logistics transportation resource in the intelligent workshop.Whether the material can be delivered to the processing unit on time will affect the utilization rate of the system production resources.Therefore,using limited transportation resources to establish efficient scheduling strategy and improve workshop production efficiency is an important part of such intelligent workshop production control.Based on the above purposes,this paper mainly carried out the following aspects:Firstly,it analyzes the problem of AGV scheduling in the mobile phone middle frame intelligent workshop,and summarizes the overall business process from the business scope of each role of the intelligent workshop.As far as is concerned intelligent workshop operation process with non-equivalent parallel units and multiple AGVs in a typical single-loop layout,the characteristics of the AGV scheduling problem are described.The AGV scheduling problem in intelligent workshop process and the forklift scheduling problem between processes are described in detail and reasonable assumptions.Secondly,according to the operation unit and AGV operation analysis,the manufacturing unit model with automatic loading and unloading robot is extracted.According to the actual working scene,the single-process intelligent workshop simulation platform based on Plant Simulation is built.In the first place,the parameter setting and operation mechanism of the simulation system model are given,including the method of setting the number of AGVs.Then,the AGV scheduling rule based on soft time window and the alternative rule set composed of six common scheduling rules are proposed.In the end,the above seven AGV scheduling rules are embedded into the simulation platform,and related production performance indicators are established.Then,using the seven AGV scheduling rules to simulate under the simulation platform of single-process intelligent workshop.According to the simulation results of the performance indicators,the utilization of equipment and AGV,the characteristics of common scheduling rules,and the seven scheduling rules are analyzed.Afterwards,the simulation experiment is carried out under the condition that the production system has fluctuations.By comparing and analyzing the AGV scheduling rules in a random environment,the validity of the proposed scheduling rules is further verified.Finally,the problem of the research is extended.Taking the two-process intelligent workshop as the research object,three forklift scheduling strategies of transportation between processes are proposed.Through the experimental scheme design and simulation experiment results,the characteristics of the forklift scheduling strategy are analyzed,and the combined scheduling strategy for AGV and forklift are comprehensively evaluated.
