This paper presents a design scheme for lighting control systems based on LED lighting,real-time monitoring and precision control.The system consists of three subsystems,namely LED lighting control system,video monitoring system and Web client login system.Firstly,two background applications based on LED lighting control and monitoring system are built in the Raspberry Pi,and the peanut shell intranet penetration tool is installed to configure the domain name and port number that the external network can access.Then,by installing and configuring Ali.The Nginx reverse proxy server in the cloud server makes the Nginx reverse proxy server point to the domain name and port number that can be accessed by the Raspberry Pi intranet to penetrate the external network.At the same time,the Python-based Flask application framework is built to realize the remote connection of the client terminal.The server realizes remote,multi-channel,independent 255-level adjustable LED lighting control system and remote and real-time monitoring system design.This paper proposes a design scheme based on LED lighting control and monitoring system.The Raspberry Pi comes with USB camera + Alibaba Cloud server + Web server +Flask application framework,which realizes the new LED lighting function of long-distance,real-time monitoring and precise control.The main research work is as follows:1.Review a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,analyze the technical breakthroughs faced by the current technology of LED lighting control and monitoring systems,analyze the problems to be solved in LED lighting control and monitoring systems,and develop LED lighting systems and monitoring systems.The overall framework.2.The main Web control PWM dimming technology in LED lighting system is analyzed.Firstly,the whole system architecture of LED lighting control system is determined.Then the principle of PWM dimming is analyzed,and then the use of Alibaba Cloud technology,Nginx is described.The reverse proxy and the peanut shell intranet penetration tool set up the design of the entire LED lighting control section.3.The monitoring system mainly solves the functions of remote real-time and precise monitoring.The first is a holistic analysis that analyzes the various modules of the entire monitoring system and designs between the various modules.First set up the intranet penetration tool in the Raspberry Pi to achieve intranet penetration;then open the Nginx server on the Raspberry Pi terminal,configure the web interface to the IP address and portnumber of the server pointed to by the Nginx server.Open the reverse proxy server in Alibaba Cloud,point the reverse proxy server to the URL penetrated by the peanut shell intranet,and when the customer service order accesses the reverse proxy server in Alibaba Cloud,the reverse proxy server successfully connects to the Raspberry Pi.surveillance system.4.for the LED lighting control system,through the remote login server,by observing the LED brightness and viewing the duty cycle of the relevant IO port output PWM to confirm whether the 255-level,multi-channel independently adjustable LED lighting control system is realized;Whether to display the data currently collected by the Raspberry Pi camera.Through this series of tests,the inspection of the entire system was completed,providing a practical basis for the production of the later prototypes.5.This design finally realizes the independent controllable,real-time and accurate monitoring LED lighting control system of multi-channel LED duty cycle through the design of web server and the control of LED lighting system.
