In recent years,global climate issues have become significantly prominent.The construction of low-carbon cities has become one of the main focus points for addressing environmental issues.Realizing urban low-carbonization has become an urgent need for the development of the times.At the same time,the construction boom of the urban business district is also in the ascendant at home and abroad.As the key area of the city,the urban business district has high density and high energy consumption,which makes it have greater carbon reduction potential relative to other areas of the city.Therefore,the low-carbon planning of urban commercial districts will definitely affect the carbon emissions,ecological environment and microclimate of a city.In this context,this paper first summarizes the background,significance and purpose of low-carbon planning in urban commercial blocks.Collecting and reviewing and analyzing the relevant low-carbon theory at home and abroad,it also defines the basic concepts of urban business districts,low-carbon planning techniques,and low-carbon planning technology integration in urban business districts.At the same time,it collects and summarizes the relevant theoretical researches on low-carbon planning,low-carbon planning technology and low-carbon planning in urban commercial districts at home and abroad.On this basis,this paper sorts out typical low carbon practice cases in domestic and foreign business districts,Such as the domestic Guangzhou Financial City,Beijing Lize Financial Business District,Beijing Miyun Eco Mountain Business District,Shanghai Hongqiao Business District Core District,Shanghai Changfeng Business District,Wuhan Qingshan District Binjiang Business District,etc.,as well as foreign New York Manhattan,London Financial Center,Tokyo Shinjuku Business District,etc.,And the international urban green block evaluation system including the US LEED-ND evaluation system,the British BREEAM-CSH evaluation system and the German DGNB-NB evaluation system.,reference and comparison of various evaluation indicators of their large to small categories,the preliminary classification combs out the low-carbon planning techniques of urban commercial districts,and summarizes the shortcomings of low-carbon planning in existing urban commercial districts.Finally,based on the characteristics of carbon sources in urban commercial blocks,this paper analyzes the carbon emission influencing factors of urban commercial blocks from four aspects: building carbon emissions,transportation carbon emissions,energy carbon emissions and natural carbon sinks.Following the five principles of systemic,operability,advancement,integration and problem-oriented,we select and sort out the key technologies for low-carbon planning in urban business districts,and construct a low-carbon planning technical system for urban commercial blocks from six aspects: spatial planning,industrial planning,transportation planning,municipal planning,green building design,and ecological environment planning,to enable low-carbon planning technology to be used throughout the planning and design of urban business districts to reduce carbon emissions and reduce energy consumption.Therefore,the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed for the low-carbon planning of urban commercial districts,which provides a technical basis for subsequent theoretical research and practical exploration.
