In the new era of high-quality development of the cultural industry,China's urban renewal process has entered a new stage,and Guangdong Province has taken the lead in proposing “three old transformations”,which is more conducive to the practice of urban space quality improvement.With the tight construction resources,the land use pattern has shifted from extensive to intensive,and the creative industry has been combined with the old urban buildings to become a creative industrial park.The old and creative industrial parks have emerged.Under the background of further accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,with the proposal of innovative industrial land M0,it provides a broader space for the renovation and transformation of the old-scale creative industrial park.Through the research on the open space planning and design method of the old-scale creative industrial park,the thesis has certain theoretical and practical reference significance for the industryoriented urban renewal model.One of the main objects of urban renewal is urban open space,while the open space of creative industrial park is a micro-scale urban open space,and open space is the main field where people experience the park,which can bring people the most intuitive experience of the environment.Therefore,the success of the renovation of the old-scale creative industrial park is largely determined by the quality of its open space,which gives more responsibility and mission to open space planning and design,and also relates to the ability to make the decay of the old city space.Renewing new vitality and brilliance.Firstly,based on the combing and understanding of the basic concepts of old buildings,creative industrial parks and open spaces,the paper analyzes the relationship between the three and lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Then it analyzes the influencing factors and mechanisms of the open space of the oldscale creative industrial park.The influencing factors include the creative class-user factors and the material factors such as interface,size,supporting services and ecological greening.The impacts include space reconstruction,traffic reorganization,supporting services and greening.Through spatial reconstruction and traffic reorganization,the use of open space can be affected.The optimization of supporting facilities and the improvement of greening can affect the quality of open space.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter take the two creative industrial parks in Guangzhou—Yangcheng Creative Park and Zhuying Film and Television Culture and Creative Industry Park as examples to conduct empirical analysis.Firstly,the investigation and analysis of the transformation of material space,including background and planning interpretation,the type and quantity of open space,the layout and organization of open space,and the changes of internal and external traffic,summarize the planning and design methods for the open space of the old and creative industrial parks.Secondly,through the crowd use survey,summarizing the behavior characteristics of the crowd and its evaluation of the use of open space,combining different functional formats and park environment analysis,summarizing the characteristics of the open space that the public is more satisfied,and then using the park for high planning and utilization rate.The functional space matches the open space goals to provide methods and strategies.Finally,the open space planning and design strategy of the old and creative industrial park was proposed.First of all,the types and forms of open space are defined.According to the location,there are three types: the combination with urban space,the combination with architectural space,and the public space for the park.Furthermore,the planning guidelines are proposed: with the integration-complementarity-symbiosis as the basic development idea,the basic countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: system design,function orientation and site planning.Thirdly,from the design level,summarize the design principles of the open space of the creative industry park,and propose corresponding design methods according to different design elements.
