Planning And Development Of Guangzhou Creative Ndustry Park From The Perspective Of Industrial Heritage Reusing

In modern times, culture and economic integration increasingly close. With the advent of the consumer society, culture globalization and the rise of symbolic consumption, cultural and creative industries have become the most dynamic and promising sectors of the modern industry. Culture becomes a commodity. Historical and cultural heritage developed into a super cultural goods including history, culture, traditions and other cultural meaning and constructed by imagination, memories, nostalgia, nostalgic and the capital. And it let business and culture, history, organic blend together. In recent years, in response to development of cultural industries, cultural construction attention and strong support, China’s development of cultural and creative industries and cultural and creative industrial park get rapidly. A creative cluster including Art, design, and commerce and based on the use and transformation of historical buildings or warehouses is the main form of Creative Industry Park and Industry Heritage reuse.Though learning about the theories, literature and excellent experience of the development of Creative Industry Park in domestic and aboard, this article innovative attempt to "people" and their behavior-oriented as a starting point to analyze industrial heritage (symbol),the creative industrial park (space) and human (medium) interaction. Then the text analyses the development situation and problems of Creative Industry Park in Guangzhou and the situation of reuse and the conservation of Industrial Heritage in the park.(1) Creative Industry Park is a system composed by a series of symbols. Among them, the industrial heritage is the core symbols, with multiple features and value. The park’s cultural (including historical and cultural) as well as venues hosting memories are symbolic, figurative presented. And these symbols also extend the relationship between people and things.(2) The symbols are artificially and deliberately chose to use, resulting in real space is incomplete, and they let human and the city’s local memory loss and play down the cultural expression. That leads to realize space and cultural transformation, activate industrial heritage and reproduce the values, also mine and promote the history and culture of Industrial heritage. Thus, the planning, construction and development of creative industry park are more distinctive, and to shape the city and the local sense of belonging and identity for individuals.
