Research On Hollowing Phenomenon Of Historical Blocks Of Enning Road And Its Improvement Countermeasures

Historical and cultural blocks(hereinafter referred to as Historical Blocks)are the most important cultural heritage and historical material carrier in China's cities.The historical features of the contiguous moments show people the unique characteristics and regional identification of the city.In the process of urban incremental development,a large number of Historical Blocks have been erased due to their high land price,low volume rate and low economic efficiency.More and more homogeneous urban spaces with no urban characteristics and no locality are lost.Appeared,many Historical Blocks have hollowed out.How to correctly handle the contradiction between urban development and cultural inheritance under the new normal has become a major difficulty in achieving the goal of new urbanization and urban construction in China.Faced with the hollow vision of “one thousand cities”,how to improve governance and protect the use of Historical Blocks is put on the agenda as a core issue.In view of this,this paper first summarizes the performance,formation texture and internal dynamic mechanism of rural hollowing out on the basis of a large number of reading hollowing studies;combining the theory of location,core-edge theory and place spirit from the perspective of rural hollowing out as well as the historical property of the Historical Block,the evolution process of the Historical Block is analyzed and the dynamic mechanism of the induced hollowing in the Historical Block is found out,and some reflections are made.The process of restoring the above problems reveals that under the dual driving of urban sprawl and capital gains,the allocation of resources in urban planning in the new location leads to the distribution of resources,which causes the migration of population elements in the original central area of the city due to the decline of attraction.Drive the market to form benefits.Historical Blocks have formed land value because of their high land price,low volume ratio and low economic benefits.Without the corresponding synergistic development concept and protection countermeasures,it is very easy to become a victim of urban development process.This paper analyzes and discusses the basic information of Historical Blocks of Enning Road and the problems involved in the planning and construction process,and describes thecurrent status of hollowing out.After clarifying the above-mentioned problem orientation and the dynamic mechanism of the Historical Blocks,the external and internal factors of the hollowing out of the Historical Blocks of Enning Road are found out through various methods such as field investigation,historical deduction and comprehensive analysis.To fill the theoretical gap in the study of hollowing phenomenon of Historical Blocks.It is the research focus of this paper to explore the hollowing phenomenon of the Historical Blocks of Enning Road and its improvement countermeasures.This paper draws on the Yongqing Fang micro-reconstruction project,combined with location theory,core-edge theory,and place spirit theory,from the four levels of protection and utilization principles,models,paths and improvement of hollowing phenomenon measures for governments,developers,residents and social groups.The multi-subjects will construct a relatively specific and feasible improvement strategy framework for the material space,community structure,regional culture and policy guarantee of the Historical Blocks,thus improving the governance of the neighborhood and improving the residents' happiness and social cohesion.
