Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people.With the rapid development of my country's urbanization process,people's spiritual civilization construction level is increasing day by day,and the protection of historical and cultural blocks has begun to receive widespread attention and high attention.Possessing unique historical and cultural resources is an important condition for building a civilized city with profound historical background and distinctive regional characteristics.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct systematic research on historical and cultural blocks that contain many historical relics.At the same time,protecting the landscape features of historical and cultural blocks has important theoretical and practical significance for inheriting and developing the historical and cultural characteristics of cities and the spirit of regional places,enhancing the connotation of cultural consciousness,and protecting the historical,cultural,artistic and social values ??of landscape features.In 2008,the State Council promulgated the Regulations on the Protection of Famous Historical and Cultural Cities,Famous Towns,and Famous Villages,and the protection of historical and cultural blocks across the country was officially launched.Baoding City was successfully selected as the first batch of national historical and cultural cities in China in 1986.Now it has 3 provincial-level historical and cultural blocks.Although the current landscape planning of historical and cultural blocks has achieved initial success,there are still improper building protection updates and commercial blocks.Many problems such as excessive development,obvious lack of greening facilities,extensive implementation of planning and management,and backward research techniques have seriously affected the historical features and cultural connotation of the block.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the protection and promotion strategies for the landscape features of historical andcultural blocks in Baoding City,to inherit the traditional cultural connotation,protect the features of the ancient city,rejuvenate the new life of the blocks,enhance the city's spiritual quality and image value,and enhance cultural self-confidence.This article takes the landscape features of historical and cultural blocks in Baoding as the research object,uses field research,literature research,expert interviews,case studies,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,inductive synthesis and other research methods,with the help of GIS technology to initially establish a landscape information database and conduct Information processing,spatial analysis and other system research.At the same time,social statistics investigation and research,combined with psychological emotion evaluation experiments,were carried out to analyze the comprehensive factors.Through the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to integrate various analysis results,study the current status of historical and cultural street landscape features,find the main problems of the current historical and cultural street landscape features,and propose corresponding protection and improvement methods and suggestions,with a view to the future The research on the landscape features of historical and cultural blocks in Hebei Province provides a scientific theoretical basis.
