In recent years,Chinese youth long-rental apartment market has risen rapidly.From the perspective of industry development,the role of traditional listed real estate companies,hotel groups,real estate intermediaries,startup companies and cross-border investors has stepped up the layout of the market.The favorable leasing market has made the long-term rental market very popular.The problem of the living of contemporary young people has been solved,but every day they are struggling on the edge of work and life,and few people pay attention to the quality of leisure and entertainment life of this group.Based on this background,this topic mainly uses the "Semiotic Approach to Product Architecture Design"(SAPAD)theoretical method,combined with the social space production theory,to study the daily entertainment and leisure behavior of young people in the youth community.The purpose is to solve the daily leisure time of the contemporary foreign youth group in the youth community that provides residential services,how to better release the pressure,engage in more active and healthy entertainment and leisure behavior,and provide them with an export that realizes self-expression.The specific process is to investigate the commercial space of several brand youth apartments,YT Studio and 36 Kr space including Guangzhou and Shenzhen,including YOU+ International Youth Community and Vanke Park,and select Guangzhou YOU+Wuyang Community for half of the time.Month’s stay experience,completed non-participatory observations and in-depth interviews with ordinary users and core users of entertainment and leisure behavior,as well as interviews with users of YOU+international youth community founders,operations managers,designers and so on.Three typical scenarios occurred in different partitions of the same system were selected.The SAPAD framework was used to conduct behavior analysis and meaning analysis,and the core meanings of the social layer,pragmatic layer,semantic layer and language layer in each scene were obtained.By comparing and analyzing,we find the core common meaning and sub-common meaning of social layer,pragmatic layer and semantic layer in three different scenarios,and finally obtain three common meaning clusters,that is,the commonality of "people" behind three different scenes.The clusterof meanings guides the reconfiguration of the product modules,so that the spatial modules involved in the product modules are re-layout and integrated,and suggestions for improvement are proposed for YOU+ from the perspective of service experience.It also provides reference and enlightenment for exploring the entertainment methods of the future youth community..It provides practical reference cases for multiple roles and activities under the SAPAD theoretical framework,and constantly improves the product construction theory system under the semiotic path.
