Commercial distribution is an important content of city space arrangement and planning,as well as an important foundation for ensuring and promoting the healthy and rapid growth of a city.To be an important part of urban commercial marketing,the entertainment and leisure industry plays an important role in allocation of business space.KTV,a typical representative of the urban entertainment and leisure services,has a broad consumption basis and market prospect and gradually becomes an important driving force for economic and social development.But there is some problems of KTV industry market at present,such as a large-number while unbalanced development,lack of spatial distribution research and planning,which is not conducive to the efficient use of urban space and the rapid development of entertainment and leisure economy.Analyzing spatial distribution patterns and associated characteristics of KTV entertainment and leisure venues,by applying the spatial data analysis techniques in GIS,to have a macro understanding of the spatial distribution patterns and features,grasp rules of location selection and objective and quantitative interpret the related urban features which influencing the spatial pattern of KTV venues.It is also helpful to understand the development degree of the entertainment and leisure services even that of service industry by side.The paper explore the spatial distribution feature and reveal their spatial correlation and impact mechanism with population?road network and commercial center,etc.,by take the KTV entertainment and leisure venues in Nanjing,as an example,and the GIS spatial data analysis by spatial statistics,point pattern analysis and network analysis for support.The content mainly consists of two following sides:(1)An overall description and systemic analysis on the development and spatial pattern of KTV in the study area.Specifically includes:Through analyzing the total amount,density indicators by spatial statistical methods,and combining GIS mapping visualization methods,quantitative and intuitive take a research on development and regional disparity of KTV outlets;The KTV distribution features along road and its hot road location be analyzed on buffer statistical and network kernel density estimation method;Explored the distribution patterns and agglomeration of KTV outlets in Nanjing,including agglomeration features and structures,and hot spot location characteristics,use the point pattern analysis method like K function,NNH clustering and G*index.(2)A correlation research on KTV distribution and other commercial location factors such as population,traffic network and commercial centers.Binding the number and geographical features of population,analysis KTV outlets and population spatial coupling relationship by building their coupling model;Then the spatial correlation analysis of the population and KTV density have be done to examine the location pattern and property characteristics of the spatial correlation of the two in depth.Spatial correlation of KTV outlets and road network has been studied from two aspects:density and centrality of road network.Calculate and compare the weighted density of the road with the KTV density in the distribution pattern and spatial correlation index,which show the correlation features of the two.Investigate three multiple centrality assessment indicators such as closeness,betweenness,and straightness of the road network,and then construct space interpolation and grids of both KTV outlets and centralities by KDE method to realize the correlation analysis between them.Consider the impact of commercial center to business consumer markets attraction and cognition,market domain of commercial center in different levels have been divided through the network V diagram.On this basis,analyze KTV outlets and commercial center matching the degree of correlation,and combine the influence,scale,function and some other factors of commercial center for depth analysis and interpretation.Given all that,this paper mainly focused on spatial distribution features of KTV entertainment and leisure venues and their space correlation and impact mechanism with other urban elements in Nanjing.It is a promising attempt for the overall and systemic studying of commercial location based on geographical data of commercial outlets and urban elements such as road network and commercial centers.By approaches the spatial analysis and thematic map expression method of GIS,this research combines data with graphics as well as qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.It makes the analysis and expression more intuitive and visual friendly and provides a reference for the study of commercial space distribution.This whole paper is of certain significance.
