Research On Financial Performance Of New Energy Automobile Enterprise BYD

The increasingly serious environmental problems and the continued tight supply of energy have spawned many emerging industries with the main purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.Among them,new energy has become the pursuit direction of various industries and has become the focus of attention.In the automobile market,China is now vigorously promoting the development of new energy vehicles.New energy vehicles have become a development trend,and competition among new energy automobile companies has become more intense.For the company’s shareholders,creditors,employees,government and other relevant stakeholders,the financial performance of new energy auto companies is worth paying attention to.For investors,the financial performance of new energy auto companies also positively measured the whole new The development status and development prospects of the energy automobile industry.In the structure of the article,the author briefly expounds the significance and purpose of the research,preliminarily defines the research content and selects the research method,focusing on the evaluation of financial performance evaluation methods and the research status of domestic and international research on the development of new energy automobile industry.Based on the theoretical results of previous studies,the commonly used financial performance evaluation methods are introduced in detail.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the development of the new energy automobile industry and the basic situation of BYD,introduces the principle of selecting financial performance evaluation indicators,and selects 15 evaluation indicators from four aspects: profitability,solvency,operational capability and growth ability.Conduct quantitative analysis studies.This paper selects the 2018 financial data of 76 new energy vehicle listed companies in China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares as a research sample,and uses the factor analysis method to study the financial performance of 76 sample companies,and obtains the common factors of BYD’s companies in the same industry.And the ranking of comprehensive financial performance;based on BYD’s financial performance analysis,analyze its financial problems.Finally,in response to BYD’s current financial situation,suggestions are given to improve financial performance.The recommendations are as follows: consider the financial situation of the R&D investment and the changes in the new energy vehicle market;optimize the capital structure,improve the solvency;strengthen internal management control,cut costs.Based on the factor analysis method,this paper has certain feasibility for the financial performance evaluation of BYD,a listed company of new energy vehicles.It can provide reference for the development of China’s new energy automobile industry and make the new energy automobile industry develop better.
