Since the 40-years reform and opening up,along with the overall advancement of social and scientific and technological productivity in China, the urbanization development has become a powerful measure in pushing forward the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and it has benefited more regions and more people.China has a vast territory, but the per capita land occupancy is low.As a result, underground construction and deep foundation pit engineering come into being in urban construction planning. In most cases, construction sites of the deep foundation pit engineering are downtown areas, and construction activities in specific time always trigger various problems including congestion, soil and air pollution, and pipeline winding, which can exert an adverse effect on the surroundings in construction areas. Therefore,in combination with foreign and domestic standards and evaluation methods on green construction and with actual situations in China on the basis of the original evaluation system,it is necessary to explore and design a set of evaluation index models and methods on green construction that is suitable for urban deep foundation pit engineering in China. This paper adopts the research method of combining green construction theory analysis with practical construction projects in the research process.Firstly,it starts with the research background and significance and summarizes the excellent research results and methods of green construction evaluation systems and evaluation methods at home and abroad.Secondly, under the basic theory of green construction and urban deep foundation pit engineering in China and current specific requirements of comprehensive pollution control in Kunming,it introduces the green construction standards and monitoring technologies, enumerates current green construction standards and specific detection methods at home and abroad, and points out their deficiencies. And then,it proposes an innovative method for the green construction evaluation-the four-activity evaluation method. The innovation mainly lies in its focus on the quantization and statistics of environmental impacts during the construction process, which will replace original estimates and delayed and non-serial data with measured data by automatic real-time environmental monitoring instruments and replace original complicated calculation with a perspicuouscomputing method. Finally,it verifies the four-activity evaluation method in combination with the actual project of the deep foundation pit construction of Kunming Changcheng High School, thus drawing a conclusion on this evaluation method and making proposals on improving the green construction of the deep foundation pit project in this school. This paper adopts a method of the integration of theoretical research and practice to transfer the new green construction evaluation system-four-activity evaluation method from theory to practical construction project and transform the environmental influence factors appearing in the construction process of the deep foundation pit project in Kunming Changcheng High School into a measurable specific indicator, and the evaluation process of the four-activity evaluation method is thus tested.Ultimately,it obtains the score of practical construction activity and proves the incomparable superiority of the feasibility of this evaluation method against traditional evaluation methods.Meanwhile,it also perfects the shortcomings in the evaluation of deep foundation pit engineering in China, and provides another effective supervision measure for practical construction activities for relevant regulatory authorities.
