Since the reform and opening up, to rely on our own conditions, to theinternational situation as an opportunity to continue the reform of economic system,economic models continue to convert, China’s GDP has always been to maintain rapidgrowth, successfully blazed a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Especiallyin recent years, the level of national income and consumption level has beensignificantly improved, with the continuing advance of our urban construction,industrial premises, commercial housing,civil construction and urban facilities such asthe sharp rise in demand,the construction industry has entered a golden age of silver.But in the past thirty years, because of the economic structure and development leveland social forms of all sorts of reasons, economic development and environmentalprotection is inversely proportional to, in recent years due to the environmental damagecaused by the consequences have become increasingly apparent, the nationalconsciousness of environmental protection is being increasingly strengthened. Thedevelopment of green industry and the establishment of a conservation minded society,is the only way to sustainable development. In the construction of a conservationoriented society, the field of architecture should take positive action, because theconstruction garbage and waste and energy waste produced in the construction phase ofthe destructive power, has great impact on the environment, but to achieve greenbuilding and energy saving building construction field, practical evaluation tool, theremust be a set of construction stage construction behavior evaluation. So,must speed upthe establishment of evaluation system of green construction at the stage of construction,so as to achieve the "energy-saving, land saving, water saving, material saving,environmental protection"(a green four sections) requirements.Green building is to be the whole building life cycle, to maximum the conversationof resources, protect environment and reduce pollution, provide health, application andefficient use of space for people,coexist harmoniously with natural. And theconstruction phase is a phase of the environment impacts of the most direct and obvious.Therefore,In the construction industry to promote the application of green construction,has important significance for the sustainable development in china. This paper first introduces the related theory knowledge of green construction, inorder to have a more in-depth understanding of green construction;Secondly, for theintroduction of comprehensive evaluation of green construction method, this paperUSES the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod on the construction practice of construction engineering, comprehensiveevaluation of each index analysis, to determine the level of green constructionevaluation,proved the feasibility of using. The research of this paper to guide andreference function to carry out green construction play.
