With the rapid development of human society,the demand for electricity is increasing.Insulation measurement is an important task for people to find safe and reliable power systems.Many domestic and foreign companies have produced equipment and instruments for insulation measurement.Domestic scholars have done a series of research work on this problem,and put forward some new detection methods on the basis of original ones,and launched corresponding products.However,with the rapid development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in the application environment of electric equipment.More and more shallow sea equipment and deep-sea equipment have been put into application in the research of marine science.When electrical equipment is used underwater,involves more aspects of safety control.The equipment in seawater is easily affected by various adverse environmental factors such as ablation,corrosion,humidity and high and low temperature,resulting in insulation performance degradation.It can be seen that the specific application environment of electrical equipment varies widely,but it is difficult to have unified measuring instruments at present.The research on insulation measurement system under different media is still in development stage.This paper analyzes the status and development of basic principle of insulation measurement system work measurement method,and put forward the design method based on micro controller as the core,in the premise of determining the overall functions of the system,using the idea of adopting the design of modules,completed the design of system hardware and software,and the whole system debugging.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzing the development status of insulation measurement system for complex domestic and international environment,and summarizing the existing problems,so as to determine the overall system functional requirements,and discussed the realization of the method,finally put forward the overall design scheme of the system.(2)Taking STM32F429 as the core processor,the overall architecture of the hardware part of the system is completed.By way of module,complete the design of hardware circuit of each function module of the system.Mainly includes: the ARM system circuit design,signal acquisition circuit,high voltage circuit,temperature acquisition circuit,independent watchdog and circuit principle drawing,and has carried on the design,debugging and welding of PCB plate.(3)The software part includes the upper computer software and the lower computer software two parts.In order to enhance the anti-interference ability of the system,scalability,portability,the software also adopts the idea of modular design.The lower computer software mainly completes the signal sampling and AD conversion module,motor control,human-computer interaction,temperature acquisition and display.The software part of the upper computer is written in the C# language.Through the RS232 serial communication control the lower part of the machine process,the display of measurement parameters and the data management.(4)The system test platform is built by the hardware control board and software program,and the overall debugging of the design system is carried out,and obtained satisfactory test results.Finally,analyzed the factors affecting the measurement error and given the methods for eliminating the insulation performance.
