Research On The Design Of Assembled Interior Fittings Suitable For Steel Structure Residence

Construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy and plays a very important role in the process of urbanization in China.However,the traditional "labor-intensive" and "extensive" building production mode consumes much more resources and energy than the developed countries,and the houses produced can not meet the growing material needs of people.The development of industrial assembled residential buildings has become an inevitable trend of the development of China’s construction industry in the future.Based on the social and policy background of our country,this paper discusses the steel structure residence and its assembling internal parts in detail.By consulting the literature,the development status of domestic and foreign steel structure housing and its interior parts is summarized.Through field research and demonstration projects,we can find out the problems in building design and actual construction.In this process to find possible solutions,for the promotion of steel structure housing,the development of housing industrialization to provide a strong basis.The paper is divided into six chapters in structure,mainly from the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper elaborates the social and policy background of the paper,and explains the object,purpose and significance of the research.The related concepts are explained,and several methods of research and logical framework of the paper are put forward.In the second chapter,the development of steel structure residential buildings and housing interior fittings at home and abroad is introduced in detail,and it is concluded that there is a big gap between China and developed countries.It is emphasized that improving the interior fittings is of great significance for promoting the development of steel structure housing in China.Finally,this part briefly expounds several classifications of domestic housing parts,and divides them into four parts according to the characteristics of steel structure housing.It includes horizontal parts,vertical parts,modular parts and integrated parts.In the third chapter,the author makes an on-the-spot investigation of domestic steel structure residential projects.The typical cases are analyzed in detail,and the practical application problems of domestic steel structure housing and its internal parts are sorted out.The third chapter makes a field investigation to the related projects of the steel structure housing built and built in China,and selects several typical cases to carry out a detailed analysis,and combs out some problems existing in the actual application of the steel structure housing and its interior products in our country.Finally,it puts forward the development of the steel structure in China from several levels.The method and strategy of the mansion and its assembly and assembly.Chapter Four focuses on the key issues of steel structure housing and its internal parts in the process of assembly development.Referring to the successful experience of developed countries,the author puts forward some possible solutions for steel structure housing and its internal parts in China.In the fifth chapter,from the angle of architecture,the influence of assembling internal parts on the design of steel structure residence is emphatically expounded.Put forward the design strategy of standardization,diversification and column net selection.And illustrate with examples.The sixth chapter is summary and prospect.Summing up the application of steel structure residences and interior fittings in China,and drawing relevant conclusions.Finally,prospects for the future development of steel structure housing and interior fittings are also presented.
