Reaserch Of Standardlized Design In Social Security Housing Based On PCa Assembly Technology

At present," industrialization pattern" is advocated by the government in a large of buildi ng social security housing, which is an important opportunity to promote the development of housing industrialization in our country. Precast Concrete Element, as a kind of architectual te chnique of saving resources, shorten the construction period, improving construction quality a nd production efficiency, has been tried in many places. Yet the developing time of PCa techn ique in our country is relatively short and special technique has the characteristic of "relativel y closure", which is bad for popularization and promotion, so it can not express the advantage of industrialized mass production. Combined with the climate characteristics in north China, t his study intends to build an social security housing standardized design system whch has cha racteristics of "adaptive" and "openness" and "connectivity", based on the platform of "produ ce-study-research-officer".Based on the filed research and analysis of housing style and plan of social security hous ing in northern region, the research content is:the corresponding relationship between the "livi ng mode" and housing style; the localization adaption of typical PCa technique; the correspon ding relationship and variability among PCa standardized plate, housing style plan and elevati on division. The end is attempt to design through the testability programme of government, so as to form social security housing standardized design method based on Precast Concrete Ele ment which is adaptive to the northeast region.
