| In recent years,China has been promoting the construction of housing industry continuously,which provides an opportunity for the development of fabricated steel structures.This paper takes several key techniques in the process of building steel-framed residential buildings as the object.The main contents are as follows:1)Based on the brief introduction to steel structure assembled residential structure system,enclosure system and green energy-saving technology,and combined with apartment building project,the composition and selection of steel structure assembled residential system are explained in detail.2)Through the load calculation,the truss template and support the selection of the size of each component is determined.Using ANSYS finite element software,static load analysis of the lower flange of H-beam was carried out.Stress change of the beam and the displacement in Y direction were obtained.The feasibility of the truss support system design was verified.3)By changing the wall filling material and steel beam wrapped in steel columns,the factors that affect the sound insulation performance of the wall are analyzed.The results show that the influence on the wall sound insulation of ALC board material thickness and material grade,patchwork,wall plastering are more obvious.According to the experimental results,reasonable suggestions are put forward to enhance the sound insulation performance of the wall.In the practical engineering application,the wall insulation construction measures are formulated to improve the comfort of the steel structure assembly house.4)Making use of BIM software,the 3D model of steel residential buildings is created and the collision check and optimization of the completion of the BIM model is carried out,make the design more rational,improve work efficiency and reduce on-site rework and rectification. |
