The pre-assemblage of binding bridges is important to ship building.After the pre-assemble at assemble area,it can save much time for ship dock.As the container getting larger,the binding bridge is cannot assemble to ships directly.In traditional,we pre-assemble binding bridges by lying low at ground,however,the 20000 TEU containers' bridges are so large that we cannot pre-assemble them by traditional technics.I optimized the traditional technics in this paper so it can much reduce the cost of ground and the distortion of bridge.At the same time,this method also save much working time.In this paper,in order to complete construction of the ultra large container ship with high quality work,we take a 20000 TEU ship building as an example,to search the construction of bridge section,the study of the total group technology,optimized the total set of scheme,the modeling and simulation by finite element method for binding bridge section,the research group in the process of stress and strain characteristic,set binding the total set of scheme of bridge section,provides reference for enterprise production,hope to reduce assembly costs,shorten the cycle and improve the quality of assembly.The research content to solve the practical problems mainly include:(1)Considering the existing site resources,combining with the actual situation of the site construction,the process technology of the segmental group was studied;(2)Based on the finite element analysis software,the stress and strain characteristics of the total group of the segmental bridge were analyzed and checked;(3)Based on the finite element analysis and the practicalities,the optimization scheme of the total group process was finally developed.For solving these problems,paper adopts theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering application to study the method of pro-erection.The finite element software MSC.PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN were adopted to tie bridge section model,structure finite element analysis,to study the stress and strain characteristics,to provide reference for total set of solutions,and on the basis of the above work,optimization of process,determine the total set of method of binding bridge section for the group.Through the calculation of our scheme,the new pre-erection type of ligation bridge group has been approved by the effect of the ultra large container ship has been well verified,the production site has been greatly reduced,and the site turnover rate of the construction area has been improved.Under the premise of strict guarantee of safety,this paper has produced ahigh economic benefit,and has a far superior advantage in shortening shipbuilding cycle and reducing project cost.
