With the domestic development strategy of “Made in China 2025”,marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships are among the top ten fields.As a large industrial system,the ship industry is more complicated and difficult in the process of achieving leap-forward development.With the gradual maturity of intelligent equipment research and development,how to effectively introduce it into the discrete shipbuilding industry has become A problem facing the domestic shipbuilding enterprises.After years of development and research,the shipbuilding industry has gradually introduced the spirit and significance of lean production into the field of shipbuilding,and has basically established a relatively complete lean shipbuilding system,in which many sections are used as intermediate products to carry out series of research and analysis.At the stage of sub-group production,the current domestic mainstream shipbuilding enterprises still continue the traditional “street-street” production mode,still taking the segment as the smallest unit of the group production organization,and has not established the group as the intermediate product.In the traditional group production mode,no matter the production design,production plan,organizational structure,etc.,it is unable to adapt to the production needs of the gradually mature intelligent equipment.Therefore,this paper takes a shipbuilding enterprise in the north as the research background.Based on the current development of intelligent equipment,combined with the particularity of shipbuilding,the group is used as an intermediate product.By analyzing the production capacity of intelligent equipment and the characteristics of production objects in detail,select typical models.As the research object,the product is divided into groups according to the characteristic requirements of intelligent equipment through engineering decomposition and group technology,and the basic logic model is established in the research process to provide the basis for the realization of automation design in the future.Through careful research and analysis,the typical products have been decomposed to a considerable extent,and by matching with the characteristics of intelligent equipment production objects,the group division of the products has been completed,and the division of the product family has been carried out.Production simulation,through the conclusions of the simulation analysis,it can be seen that the segmentation group can effectively improve the group's production efficiency after being divided into groups,and through the establishment of mathematical models,the group is divided into logical groups and solidified for the purpose of Other ship products and smart equipment are used for reference.
