The frequency precise link is an important means of transmission in the frequency accuracy and stability which can be realized an accurate lock of the frequency and phase between arbitrary periodic signal. Traditional frequency link technology often considered from the frequency value of the signal.It is necessary to complex frequency conversion and processing,but link precision will be affected. Based on the deep research of the change law of phase difference between two periodic signals and combined with the conventional frequency standards measurement method,this paper introduces a new method that can be used in comparing frequency standard.This method is a high precision frequency link based on phase group processing and group synchronization. Based on the concepts of the phase group synchronization and the equivalent phase comparison frequcy and so on, by means of the standard frequency source, through the means of phase coincidence detecting and experimental validation of the signals within a certain frequency range, this paper achieved the precision link between the complex frequency signals from the principle by using the method of the phase processing. This method can avoid±1count error, simplify the circuit design and reduce the design cost, and largely improve the measurement accuracy.This paper proposed a novel frequency precision link method and showed how to use this method to measure frequency by two experiences.
