Research On Spatial Pattern Optimization Of Urban Development In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening up,China's cities have developed rapidly.By the end of2017,more than half of the country's people have lived in cities.The role of cities in promoting regional economic and social development is becoming more and more obvious,and has become a concentrated expression of the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of a country and region.At the same time,with the increasing number of urban problems,China has gradually deepened the emphasis on the spatial pattern of urban development.Since the 21 st century,although the Northeast revitalization strategy has been implemented,the economic growth rate of Jilin Province has been at the end of the country in recent years.To a certain extent,it has restricted the development of cities in the province.The development of urban development spatial pattern needs to be transformed and broken.Therefore,this paper takes Jilin Province as the research object,analyzes the current development conditions of urban development spatial pattern in Jilin Province,evaluates the rationality of urban development spatial pattern in Jilin Province,and proposes the plan and implementation countermeasures for the optimization of urban development spatial pattern in Jilin Province.It has certain theoretical and practical significance.The main content of this study includes the following four parts:The first part includes the first and second chapters,introduces the research background,research significance,research content and methods;summarizes the basic theories and related concepts of related research,sorts out the research progress in related fields at home and abroad,and determines the research ideas of this paper.The focus has laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis.The second part includes the third chapter,which is the research focus and core of this paper.The first section briefly describes the development conditions of the spatial pattern of urban development in Jilin Province,mainly from the aspects of natural conditions and ecological environment,transportation hub and infrastructure construction,economic development and industrial structure,and population labor conditions.The second and third sections are the rational analysis of the spatial pattern of urban development in Jilin Province.Firstly,the spatial pattern rationality index system is constructed,and then mathematical analysis and ArcGIS spatial analysis are used to analyze the three dimensions of urban scale structure,spatial structure and functional structure.The rationality of the spatial pattern of urban development in Jilin Province was discussed,and the comprehensive rationality of the spatial pattern of urban development in Jilin Province was evaluated.The evaluation results show that the urban scale structure,urban spatial structure and urban functional structure ofJilin Province are generally reasonable,and the spatial pattern of urban development is basically reasonable.Most cities are above moderate rationality,and the distribution of a small number of cities is unreasonable.Due to the influence of planning and policy adjustment,the rationality of the spatial pattern will gradually evolve into a new pattern.Specifically,what causes the low rationality of some cities,and specific analysis of each city situation is needed.The third part includes the fourth chapter.On the basis of the third chapter,the paper proposes the guidelines for spatial pattern optimization,including optimization principles,orientation and goals.According to the guidelines,the plan and implementation countermeasures for optimizing the spatial pattern of urban development in Jilin Province are proposed.The optimization plan includes the creation of a “ flat ” scale structure,a“ two-zone,four-axis ” space structure and a “ diversified ” functional structure.Implementation measures include:(1)increasing the attractiveness of cities,increasing the number of “middle” cities,and appropriately adjusting the size of cities.(2)Based on the planning of the main functional area,the development models of different regions will be defined,and the complementary development of the eastern,central and western regions will be formed.(3)Industrial upgrading and transformation,grasping advantageous industries,enriching regional industry types,and achieving differentiated functions.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which summarizes the main conclusions of this study,expounds the main innovations of this research,points out the shortcomings of this research,discusses the future research work,and puts forward the prospect of the research on urban development spatial pattern.
