| When catching up with the course of the developed country, the strategy of our countryis development of heavy industry. In the process of social and economic modernization, thedevelopment of industry has priority and the city take precedence over the country. Theurban-rural disparities also day by day increase. Urban get auxiliary from rural, theimportance of rural areas is ignored as well as the problem existing in them. Multifunctionaldevelopment of rural areas not only can settle the matter, what are low-level living conditions,source wasting, environmental pollution, but also provides better services for the urban. Thispaper takes it as a topic, from the perspective of multifunctional rural. Based on previousstudies in this field, this paper classifies the counties of target area, Jilin Province, dependingon their function, and discusses the development pattern of rural areas.This essay has six parts, the last is Conclusion.The first part: the essay introduces the background of selecting the topic, theoretical andpractical significance of research, the research aim, contents and methods, technologypathway and innovation of this essay.In the second part, this paper discusses the concept of rural areas’ function, connotation,function classification, and the research about rural regional function at home and abroad issummarized.The third part is Quantitative Study. The evaluation index system of rural areas’functions is established. The standardizeddataand index weight are determined to get threefunction scores of different county.The fourth part is Spatial Analysis. Data resulted from the third chapter, are classified40counties using Cluster Analysis, shown in the map of Jilin Province and described the spatialdifferentiation characteristics.The fifth part, from two directions of motivation and constraint, tries to exploredevelopment patterns of different types of counties in Jilin Province, and puts forward theproposal. |
