| Lithium ion battery is an important energy storage medium.It is very important in industrial production and daily life.Microporous thin films are the core components of lithium ion batteries.It plays an important role in communicating ions to form current and isolating electrodes from short circuit.Microporous film is the kernel part of lithium ion battery which has aroused more and more attention in the battery industry.The new kid on the microporous film,the irradiation film,has advantages with great potential in this area.Currently the irradiation film is just at the beginning of development in China.The accessory equipment of the irradiation film is imperfect.All of these greatly influenced the production of irradiation film.As one of the pre researched items of the industrial production of irradiation film,this paper presents an irradiation film management system performed by computer technology.Before the start of the production,we optimize production process with the improved genetic algorithm based on order recombining.Then organize and potimize the material resource during the production of irradiation film.Master the key to industrialized production of irradiation film by pre-research.This paper accumulates the experience for future industrial production of irradiation film.Firstly,this article introduced the production craft of irradiation film and describes the framework and development techniques of the irradiation film management system.Secondly,aiming at the continuous production scheduling problem of irradiated film,the mathematical model of irradiated film production scheduling is established,and an improved genetic algorithm with order reorganization strategy is proposed to solve the optimization problem of irradiated film production scheduling.Finally,the database of the continuous production management system of irradiation film is designed to clarify the relationship between the database tables.On the basis of the above research and design,the continuous management system of irradiation film is programmed and realized by C# language.The continuous production of irradiated film is realized by the cooperation of each functional module. |
