| In the 21 st century, under the threat of resource crisis, the government vigorously advocates sustainable development, and all parts of the country have gradually moved from large demolition and construction to urban renewal and renovation. The stock of existing buildings in cities is generally large.High-quality historic buildings are preserved as historic buildings and historic blocks by the government through planning and renovation, but there are still many non-historic buildings. The design and style of the original facade can no longer meet the requirements of the times, affecting the urban interface, let alone shaping a good image of the city.On the other hand, with the rapid development of economy, visual culture and fashion are more and more developed.New materials and technologies also promote the facade design of existing buildings.Based on the introduction, this paper analyses and studies the aesthetic perception process of building facade, from the visual perception of geometric elements, points and lines,to the aesthetic perception of material color texture,to the aesthetic perception of the overall composition of building facade based on the five organizational principles of visual perception, and puts forward the influencing factors of building facade design and transformation.Subsequently, the performance of visual elements in building facade reconstruction is analyzed. From the aspects of geometric elements, color, texture, material modeling, light and shadow, the expression methods of facade transformation are studied.Based on visual perception theory, five organizational principles are discussed, and case studies are carried out to analyze the relationship between drawings, the principle of gestalt, the principle of similarity, the principle of proximity and the seal. The application of the principle of closeness in elevation renovation. Finally, the design ideas are summarized, and these methods can be applied to different stages of the existing building elevation design, providing new ideas for each stage of the existing building elevation design.Select typical cases for systematic case analysis of existing building facade renovation, interpretthe cases at the visual perception level, and analyze how these cases are renovated according to the visual perception principle. |
