The traditional solar-city LED street lamp uses the common energy storage batteries of city electricity and solar energy,which makes the batteries in full-time illumination working state,and affects the life of the batteries.The performance is that the storage capacity of the batteries decreases sharply after a long period of time.When the input voltage is less than 42 v,the city power supply directly to the driving circuit.At the same time,through the intelligent controller composed of single-chip computer and photoresistor,the system can be adjusted in real time with the change of season and weather.Therefore,this paper has a positive significance for energy-saving research of street lamps.This study use the design of LED road lamps which loading in the countryside in Shan Xi areas as an example,which system can realize the following functions:(1)The overall design scheme of the complementary LED street lamp is described based on current demand for rural road lighting.According to the Requirement of 8 meters Road average illumination and?City township road lighting design standards?(CJJ 45-2015),the loading capacity and Parameters for installation of lamps and lanterns is designed.(2)Building power supply module based on Dual mode power supply.Based on the loading capacity and intelligent control time,the parameters of critical module of battery management circuit and main resistance of the change-over circuit and solar panels and battery and lighting installation is designed.Short circuit current of solar panel is 48V/150 w,battery parameters is 48V/15.0AH.Base of the setting of the change-over circuit from detection circuit and voltage comparison circuit and city electric input control circuit.In this paper,the conversion voltage value of the change-over circuit is 42 V.The input voltage value of voltage value is Less than 42 V,the complementary work,the input voltage value of voltage value is higher than 42 V,the complementary lose work.It is solved that the energy of batteries is result from the solar electric and the complementary at traditional solar electric complementary LED street light system.(3)The design of 5V and 12 V DC power supply based on converter circuit control is completed.5V and 12 V DC are the normal operating voltage of each chip.The DC power supply circuit can output 5V and 12 V under the control of the converter circuit,when the battery or the power supply is supplied by the municipal power.At the same time,the design of the street lamp driving module is completed based on LM3429 and 4052 selectors.According to the load current,the key parameters of the peripheral of lm3429 are calculated,and the duty cycle of the PWM of lm3429 is controlled by the data selector 4052 with two selectors.The design of lm3429 dimming circuit is realized.(4)The design of street lamp intelligent control module is completed based on STC89C52 and DS1302.According to the working hours of street lamps,all lights are lit from 19:30 to 24:00,and half lights are lit from 24:00 to 6:00,and the lights are turned on alternately.SCM STC89C52 continuously inquires about the real-time time provided by DS1302 and the illumination provided by photoresistor,and realizes the rotation of two street lamps by optocoupler U1,U2,U3 and relay K2,K3 and K4.The paper completes the hardware and software design of street lamp intelligent control.(5)With the help of PROTEUS and LTSPICE software,the system is simulated and tested,and the waveforms of key points are obtained.The simulation results show that the converter circuit can achieve dual-mode switching,the dimming circuit can work normally,the half power of street lamp is 30.24 W,the full power is 59.76 W,and the output power meets the design function.
