| Corrugated cardboard boxes are widely used in food,medicine,electronics,logistics and other industries.The packing process of corrugated cardboard boxes is gradually developing towards intelligent automatic production lines.Opening machine is the key equipment in automatic packaging production line.Its opening speed directly determines the packaging efficiency of products.Aiming at the problems of slow opening speed and low production efficiency of carton openers in the market,this paper analyses the mechanism composition and technological process of the existing carton openers,puts forward a new type of continuous carton opener scheme,carries out mechanical design,and studies the key blank unfolding forming mechanism.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,through consulting a large number of data to understand the development status of domestic and foreign open-box machine,analyzing the structure of domestic existing open-box machine and its open-box technological process,a new continuous open-box scheme is proposed,and the executing devices are designed,using Solidworks to carry out three-dimensional modeling.Secondly,the power system of the open-box machine is designed,including the main transmission system and the pneumatic system.The main transmission system is composed of sprockets,chains and gears.The main transmission system is calculated in detail,and the relationship between motor speed and carton conveying speed is determined.The working principle of the pneumatic system of the box opener is expounded,the selection of pneumatic actuator is determined,and the design of the whole pneumatic system is completed.Then the kinematics characteristic simulation analysis and error analysis of the continuous box blank unfolding mechanism are carried out.Solidworks is used to establish the equivalent three-dimensional model of the deployment mechanism,and Adams software is imported to carry out the motion simulation analysis.The motion characteristic curve and its data points are obtained.By comparing the difference of the slider motion characteristic curve under different rotational speeds of the rotary table,the rotation scheme of the main drive system motor is determined.The motion characteristic curves and data points of the slider at different rotating speeds of the turntable are analyzed,and the feasibility of continuous open-box is verified.The motion error of adsorption device under unfolding forming mechanism was analyzed,and the error range of each part was calculated by MATLAB software,which provided support for the later production,manufacture and assembly of parts.Finally,the Transient Structural module of ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the transient dynamics of the box assembly of the unfolding mechanism,and the structure is optimized to reduce the amount of deformation,increase the structural stiffness and improve the stability of the mechanism.Static Structural module in ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the statics of the frame,which verifies the rationality of the frame structure design.The continuous open-box machine designed in this paper can eventually open the box at a speed of 50 boxes/min,which has broad application prospects. |
