| With the development of the national economy,large-scale industrial buildings have emerged in an endless stream,and the height and type of chimneys have been constantly refreshed.There have been a number of openings in the same section of the chimney outer cylinder,which complicates the structure of the chimney outer cylinder.Chimney analysis software is not suitable for chimneys with two asymmetric holes and more than two holes in the same section.Large-scale general finite element software is complicated to operate,chimney designers are inefficient,and a convenient and practical system is urgently needed to solve engineering applications.Based on the Visual Studio 2015 integrated development environment,this paper uses C#.NET language to carry out secondary development of ANSYS,integrates various algorithms involved in chimney modeling and analysis,and uses ACCESS database to manage data uniformly and develop an operation.Simple and convenient chimney analysis platform for designers to use.The main research content of this paper:(1)Analysis of chimney parametric model algorithm with single opening,double opening,three opening and multi-opening of stacking bridge;algorithm analysis of chimney under dead load,live load,wind load and earthquake;chimney combination working condition Algorithm analysis;algorithm analysis of chimney post-processing data extraction;complete framework design for finite element finite element analysis platform development of different open-hole chimneys,using ANSYS command stream.(2)Using the C#.NET language to realize the chimney parametric model algorithm with single opening,double opening,three opening and multi-opening of the trestle,the algorithm of chimney under dead load,live load,wind load and earthquake,chimney The ANSYS command stream of the combined condition algorithm and the chimney post-processing data extraction algorithm is automatically generated.(3)Complete the integration of platform modules by using C#.NET,including parameter design module,pre-processing module,load solving module,post-processing module and result visualization module,and use ACCESS database technology for parameter management,and then complete based on ANSYS batch processing function.C#.NET makes a background call to ANSYS,performs chimney calculation,and realizes the development of chimney finite element analysis platform.Through the engineering example,the Talwandi(3×660MW)supercritical coal-fired power station project in India verified the platform,and analyzed the chimney structure by using the platform,SAP2000 and PKPM software respectively.The results show that the platform can efficiently complete different openings.The analysis and solution of the form chimney,and obtained more accurate results,reached the requirements of the client,providing the chimney designer with an easy-to-use,well-designed auxiliary tool. |
