In the power market,thermal power,wind power and hydropower bear the main power supply tasks.The tripartite power plants in the sending end power grid belong to different stakeholders,and the power capacity planning of each party is mutually restricted.The actual electricity market is a market close to oligopoly.In the case analysis,the conclusion that wind power and hydropower are more competitive in the market is obtained.The content of the paper is mainly divided into the following aspects:(1)This paper analyses the development trend and existing problems of regional electric power reform in China,introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign electric power market and some reform measures,mainly refers to the problem of optimal capacity dispatch in domestic and foreign electric power market,and explores the feasibility and content of further research on capacity optimization.In this paper,the current domestic and foreign scholars' research on capacity optimal dispatching in power market and the discussion of the main body are analyzed,the related problems of capacity optimization and its traditional mathematical model are analyzed,and the basic theory and application scope of game theory are expounded.(2)In the problem of non-cooperation among three-party power producers,this paper analyses the capacity optimization of three-party power producers.According to the output characteristics of wind-water-fire tripartite power producers,the capacity optimization model of wind-water-fire tripartite power producers under non-cooperation is established based on Cournot model.First,a set of initial solutions are obtained,and then the optimal planning capacity and profit of tripartite generators without cooperation are obtained by iteration.(3)Through the analysis of the capacity optimization and profit relationship of the power suppliers under the cooperation,the capacity optimization model under the cooperation of the wind,water and fire power suppliers and the capacity optimization model under the cooperation of the two power suppliers and the non-cooperation between the two power suppliers are established,and the model is solved,and the output and profit of the power suppliers under the cooperation of the three power suppliers are obtained.In order to make the tripartite cooperation more stable,the profit distribution system of tripartite cooperation is established by using the improved DP index strategy analysis method,and the vested profits of tripartite generators under this profit distribution system are solved.
