The integrated logging software system is a large-scale software which is installed in the logging computer.It has strong expansibility and supports the specific control and interpretation of various logging instruments.The Electromagnetic Thickness Inspection Tool is an instrument for detecting the damage condition of oil casings.It is based on the principle of eddy current detection.By setting multiple sets of receiving-transmitting coils in the casing,the signal difference between the receiving point and the transmitting point is collected,and the casing information of the detecting point is obtained.The electromagnetic thickness inspection interpretation module is a software module embedded in the integrated logging software system,which enables the system to support the real-time acquisition control and the data interpretation of the Electromagnetic Thickness Inspection Tool.This thesis describes the whole design flow of the electromagnetic thickness inspection interpretation module.Firstly,the design requirements of the module are analyzed,and the main tasks are determined: giving the processing method of the detection data,developing the software program of the module.Then the specific processing method of measured data which comes from the electromagnetic thickness measurement circuit is discussed.Finally,the software programing of the module is discussed in detail.In order to correctly interpret the measured data of the tool to get the information of the casing defects,the preprocessing of measured data,calculation of engineering values and the evaluation of casing information are discussed.According to the characteristics of the circuit's measured data and the imaging quality requirements,the filtering and interpolation methods for eliminating noise and enhancing the smoothness of the image are discussed.Because of the structural characteristics of the detection tool,the measured data contains not only the information of the receiving point,but also the information of the transmitting point.The methods to eliminate the influence of the transmitting point are studied in the thesis.In order to realize the comprehensive interpretation of casing damage,the calculation and evaluation methods of casing information is discussed.The calculation and analysis of the wall thickness and metal loss rate are given,and the classification and discrimination of defects are discussed briefly.The purpose of designing the electromagnetic thickness measurement interpretation module is to add the support for the whole electromagnetic thickness measurement interpretation process to the integrated logging software system.It means that the system embedded with the module not only controls the tool to perform real-time acquisition,but also explains the measured data,and also displays the interpretation results.Correspondingly,there are three functional programs,communication control,analytical processing and imaging display,are developed for the module.When developing the communication control program,the connection mode between the ground computer and the tool is discussed at first,the information transmission specification is formulated,and then the specific program implementation is given.When developing the analytical processing program,two methods to improve efficiency,algorithm simplification and joint programming,are discussed.When developing the imaging display program,the target imaging content is analyzed,the display window is designed,and the technical points of drawing two-dimensional and three-dimensional images are discussed.Finally,the electromagnetic thickness inspection interpretation module that can be incorporated into the integrated logging software system is successfully designed.The correctness of the data processing algorithms and the practicability of the software module in the thesis are verified by the downhole experiment.
