With the rapid development of science and technology,smart home with intelligence appliances as the connecting unit,is closely related to people's daily lives.Various home appliance manufacturers have launched their own smart home standards.As a result,consumers face many problems.For example,there are multiple application platforms where the production standards are not uniform.It is hard for a consumer to choose the one that suits them.Of course,a large number of non-smart intelligence appliances cannot be integrated into the smart home platform also is a big problem.Integrating the current mainstream non-smart intelligence appliances into the smart home system and integrating the different smart home hardware and software platform,are the urgent works to be solved in the current smart home field.To solve these existing problems,this paper,according to the layered design concept,adopts the unified communication mechanism,the reconfigurable modular design and the cross-platform operation interface to develop a rapid development platform and a distributed application platform for smart home.Customizing control module for non-smart home appliances such as TV,air conditioner,general lighting,fan,LED light,water heater,etc.through rapid development platform.And the distributed application platform realizes unified intelligent control through the internet.This system solves the problem of the intelligence of non-smart home appliances and the integration of smart home platforms.The main research contents and results of this paper include:1)A five-layer technical architecture of the home appliance layer,component layer,control layer,network layer and application layer is established.And intelligent control of the intelligence appliances is realized through the module on the unified technology platform;2)A hard bus standard has been developed to realize communication control between each functional module and the main control board;3)Following the "minimum function" design requirements,the main control board based on ESP-12 F and the corresponding sensor and perform circuit module are designed.Through the combination of several common components,the intelligent control of remote control and switching non-intelligent household appliances is realized.4)The HTTP background data interactive coding algorithm is developed,the function of the HTTP server is simplified,and the data exchange function is added to realize the peer-to-peer networking of the application layer under the internet condition.The module is designed as a highly autonomous sub-system,realize the application layer peer-to-peer network under the condition of Internet,and embody the idea of "Hardware as a Service".In this paper,the design of intelligent control module is only focused on the function control and remote parameter collection of intelligence appliances.The next research is focused on the integration of various environmental parameter sensors,protocol conversion with existing multi-manufacturer smart home system and intelligent processing of collected data to truly realize the smart home platform.
