With the rapid development of modern industry and the renewal of mechanical equipment,a large number of mechanical parts will be eliminated before their service life is reached.In order to avoid waste,parts can be remanufactured and reused.In order to manufacture new parts with scrap parts as blanks,besides the requirement of relevant performance,it is necessary to investigate whether scrap parts can meet the requirement of manufacturing new parts in geometric dimension,that is,the availability of processing new parts with scrap parts.According to the requirement of an enterprise,this paper studies the availability of geometric shape and the cost evaluation of remanufacturing new parts with retrofitted scrap shaft parts.Estimate.To provide feasible guidance for remanufacturing,the research contents are as follows:(1)A feature recognition method based on surface attributes is proposed.Topological connection attributes of the surface of scrap shaft parts are extracted by traversal,and feature recognition is carried out automatically according to the recognition rules of shaft parts.Then removing these features to simplify the structure of the shaft parts,using the dimension parameters of the shaft parts simplified by the structure and combining with the coding rules,the scrap shaft parts are coded,and the simplified coding information is stored in the scrap shaft parts information database.(2)The simplified model coding is extracted from the information database of scrap shaft parts,and compared with the model coding of pre-machined shaft parts,the geometric usability of scrap shaft parts is analyzed.The offset end-face method is used to align the axes of the scrap shaft parts with those of the new parts,and then align the end-faces to determine the optimal processing method for the new parts of the scrap shaft parts.(3)The calculation method of processing cost for the remanufacturing of scrap shaft parts is put forward.The processing cost is calculated by collecting cost information from scrap shaft parts information database and according to the processing quantity.In addition,the cost of machine tools,cutting tools and other costs,ultimately get the processing cost of axle parts,realize the availability evaluation of machine-added parts from the economic point of view,complete the optimal evaluation of the cost of remanufacturing and remanufacturing of scrap axleparts,so as to select the optimal "blank" for processing new parts.(4)Under the environment of Visual Studio 2010,using OpenCASCADE as the core of three-dimensional modeling and SQL Server 2014,an information database of scrap axle parts is designed to access the attribute information,three-dimensional model information,simplify model coding information and cost information of the parts,and the three-dimensional model of scrap axle parts is developed with C++language,which can recognize and use the processing features of the three-dimensional model of scrap axle parts.The prototype system for evaluating the processing cost is developed,and the effectiveness and practicability of the theoretical method are verified by an actual running example of the shaft parts.
