With the transformation of cable from China’s urban network into the ground,the use of high-voltage cables has increased dramatically.Power cables have gradually replaced the existing power supply modes in the city.However,because power cables are usually directly buried,drawn or piped.In the form of underground laying,it is difficult to visually inspect the specific conditions of the underground running part;to ensure the safe operation of the high-voltage cable and improve the cable.This paper studies the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system and partial discharge monitoring system in the power cable online monitoring system.Firstly,the principle of monitoring system is studied.Secondly,the system structure,system function and characteristics are studied.Finally,the experimental results of the distributed system are used to verify the effectiveness of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system and the partial discharge monitoring system.The fiber temperature and local discharge measured by the power cable online monitoring system can calculate the cable current,emergency load duration,cable type and positioning,and effectively ensure the safe operation of the power cable.At the same time,for the situation that the interference noise signal which is easy to appear in the partial discharge monitoring system is too strong,the wavelet transform is used to suppress the interference.The simulation software verifies that the method can effectively filter the signal interference.
