Remote management and control system for smart city street lamp is not only an important part of smart city construction,but also an important indicator for national smart city construction assessment.Conventional urban streetlight remote control system has problems of unreasonable control leading to waste of power,difficulty in operation and maintenance,and frequent electric shock accidents.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of huge number of urban street lamps,geographical distribution,fixed location and easy access of personnel,three key technologies of smart city streetlight remote control system are studied,namely street lamp intelligent remote management technology,street lamp energy-saving control technology and anti-shock protection.Technology to achieve the purpose of efficient,energy-saving,safe and stable operation of urban street lamps.The main research contents and work are as follows.The overall scheme of remote management and control system for smart city street lamp was studied.The needs of remote management and control system of smart city street lamp were analyzed.The remote management and control system of smart city street lamp was researched and designed,including the remote control platform layer of Internet of Things,the flexible control layer of street lamp,and the communication network layer.The related theories of intelligent remote management technology for street lamps are studied.According to the characteristics of 4G mobile communication technology and LoRa wireless short-range communication technology,the feasibility of"4G+LoRa"communication scheme suitable for single-lamp remote control is analyzed.The gray prediction method GM(1,1)for street lamp power consumption The historical power consumption data anomaly processing method of street lamps was analyzed and deduced.The historical power consumption of a certain area was used to verify the accuracy of prediction.According to the framework of the smart city information management and control platform,the feasibility of building a remote control platform for smart city street lamp is analyzed.The related theories of street lamp energy-saving control technology are studied.Based on the analysis of existing street lamp control strategies,the comprehensive control method of street lamp based on time control and lamp control,time-based time-division dimming control method,time-based intelligent dimming algorithm,and The energy saving effect of the energy saving control method was verified by experiments.The related theories of street lamp anti-shock protection technology are studied.The causes of false alarms and false negatives in the existing anti-shock protection methods are analyzed.The extraction method of residual current variation and the method of adaptive protection threshold floating are studied.The effectiveness of the anti-shock protection method is verified by experiments.The technical realization of the key technologies of remote management and control system of smart city street lamp is studied.The second development was carried out by using the configuration software.The software function and control interface of the Internet of Things remote control cloud platform was designed and completed,and the geographic information(GIS)management,the power flow information panoramic perception and online analysis of the street light distribution area,and the single Panoramic operation and remote control of the running status and electrical parameters of the street light.Using the idea of modular design,the hardware and software design of the street lamp management intelligent terminal and the street lamp control intelligent terminal are completed,and the intelligent integrated control of the street lamp and the safe and efficient distribution and supply of electric energy are realized.The hardware and software design of the fully isolated serial-wireless converter is designed,and the communication modes such as 4G mobile communication,LoRa wireless communication,RS485 and Ethernet are integrated to realize the bidirectional transmission of the entire system information.The laboratory test and the on-site operation results of the intelligent renovation proj ect of the 15th gas station in Henan Province show that the smart city streetlight remote control system designed in this paper has perfect functions to meet the requirements of smart city construction;the realization of the Internet of Things streetlight remote control cloud platform The comprehensive management and control of the streetlight remote control system has improved the management level of the management department;the communication network based on "4G+LoRa" has high feasibility;the control strategy of street lamps is reasonable and the energy saving effect is obvious;the system is safe and stable,and has practical engineering applications value.
