According to the"Operation Mode of Weinan Power Grid in 2018",Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Limited completed the "Feasibility Study Report of 50MW Modern Pastoral Photowoltaic Power Generation Project in Fuping Yaozheng Liuji Town",Shaanxi Electric Power Design Institute "Feasibility Study Report of Fuping 330kV Transformer 110kV Delivery Project",and Shaanxi Institute of Economic Research of National Grid on Printing and Distributing Fuping 330kV Substation 110KV Delivery Project.Report.By analyzing the load development of Weinan power grid,the reasonable access voltage level and access system scheme of Liuji modern animal husbandry photovoltaic power generation system are put forward.According to the access system suheme,the corresponding system relay protection,dispatch automation and system communication scheme are designed,and the investment is estimated.The 50 MW photovoltaic power generation project mentioned in this paper is located in Liuji Town,Fuping County,Weinan City,Shaanxi Province.The project is named Fuping Yaosheng Liuji Town 50MW modern animal hushandry photovoltaic power generation proj ect.Firsthly,the development status of distributed photovoltaic power station and access grid system design is described in detail.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation and load forecasting of the power grid in Fuping area,the general situation of the project,technical requirements and the surrounding power grid of the access system scheme are briefly described.The optimal scheme is obtained through the comparison of various schemes.Then,the power flow calculation and short circuit calculation methods of the power grid system after the access to the photovoltaic power generation system are introduced in detail,and the power system of the project is analyzed.Influence.Thirdly,this paper introduces the project's relay protection scheme from bus protection,line protection,automatic reclosure protection,fault recording device,low-cycle low-voltage load shedding device and photovoltaic power plant protection,and introduces the project's dispatching automation scheme from secondary safety system protection,power quality monitoring,dispatching relationship,telecontrol system,dispatching operation management system,etc.The engineering communication system is briefly introduced.Finally,the technical requirements of the whole proj ect,equipment selection,relay protection,dispatching automation and communication system scheme and the investment estimate of the recommended access system scheme are summarized.
