According to the requirements of the “Long-Term Development Plan for New Energy and Renewable Energy in Shandong Province(2016-2030)”,the active development and use of solar energy resources is the content of China's energy strategy plan,and it is the need for sustainable economic,social,and environmental development.It is also the need to optimize the power structure.Based on Shandong Province's “Thirteenth Five-year Development Rolling Planning Report” and “Zaozhuang Power Grid “Thirteenth Five-Year Development Plan” formulated by Shandong Province in 2015,this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of the regional power grid in Zaozhuang City and proposes 50 MWP.TFirst of all,this article describes in detail the development status of photovoltaic power stations and the development status of access network system design,the impact of distributed power stations accessing distribution networks on the distribution network flow,and the impact on power system network losses.The impact of voltage deviation is briefly introduced,and the reactive power output of the distributed photovoltaic power generation system is briefly introduced.The method for calculating the power flow generated by the distributed photovoltaic generation system after it is connected to the power grid is listed.Secondly,after researching the status quo of the Zaozhuang regional power grid and forecasting the load,the engineering content,related technical standards of the access system scheme,and the power grid conditions around the site are summarized,and the best results are obtained through the comparison of several different access schemes.The access plan.Again,this article introduced the secondary protection scheme for the project from the aspects of bus protection,line protection,anti-islanding effect,and system protection of the opposite station;it introduced the project from the aspects of secondary safety protection,dispatch,and telecontrol communication.Scheduling automation solutions;this article gives the investment estimates for each access system solution.Finally,the investment estimation of the technical standard requirements,the selection of electrical equipment models,secondary protection,dispatch automation,communication system solutions,and access system recommendation schemes for the entire power generation project access network system are summarized.
