Study On Project Cost Control Of Dalian W Architectural Decoration Company X

Architectural decoration is an important part of architectural engineering.It is composed of civil engineering and installation of construction equipment.However,in recent years,the gross output growth rate of the construction and decoration industry has declined relatively,the per capita profit-generating level has decreased,and the profit rate and tax rate of the gross output value of the industry have declined.Various data indicate that the growth of the construction and decoration industry will continue to slow down and the operating efficiency will continue to decline in the next few years,and the original extensive development mode of the industry will be unsustainable.Architectural decoration industry is entering a new stage of fine management,and at this time through new management methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency has become the inherent demand of the whole construction decoration industry.This thesis mainly studies the cost management and control of X project of W company.Taking the cost control of X project as the research object,the key factors of cost control of X project are analyzed by using cost control theory and related methods,including causal analysis,value engineering and earned value method.Combined with the existing engineering case data of X project,the key factors of cost control are analyzed in detail through output of several chart templates.The root causes of the project cost management problems,further put forward reasonable measures,formulate effective countermeasures to the main problems,effectively help W company to achieve the purpose of cost control in the project,and further improve the company's project cost management system.Through the above analysis and demonstration work,this thesis argues that construction decoration companies should build their own cost management control system,establish their own cost management model,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
