Research On Design And Application Of Decoration Engineering Based On Value Engineering

With the rapid improvement of life and the real estate, the demand of decoration is increasing. It has a broader market space. It is predicted that by 2010 the market value will be the first breakthrough 2 trillion in decoration. It has contributed to building materials, home accessories and many other industries with the rapid development of decoration industry. Such a huge industry has been encountered in non-standard of the industrial development and the lack of appropriate management tools. In the creation of a great value, the construction decoration industry has become a less efficient industry with a waste of resources.How to improve the quality of decoration industry and the level of cost management is placed in the construction business and real estate enterprises decoration. In this paper, analyze and optimize the building decoration engineering design and construction process by VE, AHP and value chain analysis. Finally, this method is proved to be feasible by examples.The management of decoration industry is still in a relatively low level. It causes a large number waste of human and financial resources. Advanced management methods need to be introduced to the industry , to improve the efficiency of the industry output. Now it has the problems that the quality, precision, budget control and so on in the construction. It is because that there is not the own management tools for the development. In this paper, it builds the concept of decoration systematic. It connects the decoration design and construction process. This helps the cost control of decoration project, and it helps the industrialization of decoration industry.Value engineering has used to cost control, decision-making events in many years as comprehensive analysis methods of technical and economic evaluation and it mades good technical and economic effects. It has made great achievements in the construction industry as a foreign key area of VE, but the application in our country is later. In this paper, it has serious analysis of characteristics of the process in the decoration design and construction in building the optimization model of decoration engineering value system based on VE. It is connected to VE so that the work of VE is better to meet the needs of decoration industry. An engineering example shows that this method is feasible and it can meet the demand of evaluation practice.
