Fuel cell vehicles have many advantages such as short fuel consumption,long battery life,high vehicle safety,only water emissions,and zero environmental pollution.The vehicle controller is one of the most critical components in a fuel cell vehicle.It is not only responsible for sending control commands to other component control units,but also driving the vehicle according to the driver's expectations.It also puts the vehicle's demand power in the vehicle's multi-power source.Make a reasonable allocation between them.This thesis takes the logistics vehicle produced by a domestic company as the prototype and builds a fuel cell vehicle power system bench according to the vehicle parameters.The battery-powered power system was changed to a power system with a fuel cell and a battery multi-energy source,and then a complete vehicle controller was designed for the modified fuel cell vehicle and a control strategy was established for it.The content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,compare the different types of power system components(including motors,fuel cells,DC/DC converters,and batteries)of fuel cell electric vehicles,determine the types of research needs based on their performance and price,and according to the dynamics of automobiles.Economic requirements,calculate the parameters of key components of the car,and select the appropriate components for the modified car.Next,hardware design is performed for the vehicle controller of the modified fuel cell electric vehicle.The components of the vehicle controller are selected according to relevant standards;the circuits of each module are designed according to the functional requirements.Added a control module for the fuel cell air compressor motor to the vehicle controller and draws the PCB board in the Cadence software.Subsequently,the control unit of the fuel cell electric vehicle vehicle controller was studied.The vehicle control unit is responsible for interpreting driving intentions,communication with subsystems,and monitoring vehicle operating conditions.In this paper,the power system startup strategy,the vehicle drive strategy,the control strategy of the fuel cell air compressor motor and the fault diagnosis and processing of each component are designed for the vehicle control strategy.The energy control unit receives the energy of the vehicle control unit.The flow direction is controlled.After analyzing and comparing several strategies,combining the design goals,the power following control strategy is selected as the energy management strategy of the design.Finally,the model of each component of the fuel cell electric vehicle is established,and the energy control strategy simulation is carried out.Under the common cycle conditions,analyze the effects of different energy control strategies on fuel cell and battery efficiency and life.
